I bought a size S thong and from the photos attached you can see there is very minimal covering but I found it comfortable to wear. While buying this make sure your waist and not hip is in the range of the size purchased. My waist measures 28 inch while hip measures 36 inch but since my waist is in the range of size S i bought size S and not size M. Pay attention to waist size and not hips for thongs.

I purchased size M one month back and using it as my daily wear.

Here are the good things about it. 1) Very comfortable 2) no itchiness or irritation 3) very easy to hand wash.

The issues I have with this 1) after peeing putting my thing back into its place is challenging. 2) if I sweat too much down there I have to make sure I am wearing the right kind of trouser or else there will be a wet patch.3) how durable will this be?

But one thing is for sure you can wear this underneath your tights for leg day exercises.
