Return Policy

We are very sorry that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase! Although undergarments and innerwear are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety issues, however, if there is a quality issue, we will offer a refund/replacement.

We offer returns and exchanges for our innerwear, as per the following rules:


Retrun Applicable Only on Bra. Items returned within 5 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

All sale items are final purchases


  • Cancellation before Shipping

In case you change your mind after placing the order but before your order has been shipped, you can:

  • cancel the order drop us an e-mail at OR Whatsaap us on +91-9711196112 with your order number.

As long as your order has not been shipped, we can cancel it and refund your entire paid amount.

  1. No Return of Used, Worn, Washed, or Damaged Items

For any quality-related return issues, the client has to share the photograph of the product and mention the issue with the quality on Whatsaap at +91-9711196112 within 24 hrs. of delivery of the product. We will accept returns ONLY on unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products, received in the original packaging and in original condition. The final decision on the refund or exchange is under the sole discretion of Bruchi Club.  

  1. How to Return
  • To submit a return, simply generate your Return/Exchange request from our Returns page.
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup from your shipping address without any additional charge.
  • We will contact you to confirm the date of your reverse pickup.
  • Once the pickup is done and we have received it in our warehouse, we will conduct a routine quality check. Post verification, we will contact you to confirm the exchange/refund.


  1. Exchange/Refund against Returns 
  2. Once your return is received, inspected, and approved the exchange/refund can happen in one of two ways:

(a) Exchange of the product with another product of equal value. In case of an exchange, we will dispatch the requested exchange product in 3-4 working days post verification, OR

(b) A money refund via the digital payment methods available with us at the time. In case of a refund, please allow up to 15 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  1. If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will be refunded for the actual amount paid at the time of purchase.
  2. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Exceptions may be granted on a subjective basis.
