Bruchi Club’s Right to Select Collaboration Model
Bruchi Club retains sole, absolute, and final discretion to:

Select, assign, modify, or withdraw the applicable collaboration model (Barter or Hybrid)

Determine eligibility for participation in any affiliated or incentive-based program
Submission of an application or expression of interest does not guarantee selection, compensation, or assignment to a specific collaboration model.
Bruchi Club’s decision regarding the collaboration model shall be final and binding, and no claims or disputes shall arise in this regard.

Bruchi Club does not offer direct fixed-fee paid collaborations under this program.

Creator SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
Step 1: Application & Review
Creators may apply via application form, email, or social media outreach. Profiles are reviewed for brand alignment, engagement quality, and content standards.
Step 2: Confirmation & Acceptance
Selected creators receive collaboration details outlining:

Creators must confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in writing before proceeding.
Step 3: Shipping & Order Processing

Step 4: Content Creation Guidelines
Creators are required to:

Use natural lighting and clear visuals

Avoid excessive filters or misleading edits

Maintain respectful and inclusive representation

Avoid visibility of competitor brands
Content must be original, authentic, and created exclusively for Bruchi Club.
Step 5: Content Review & Approval

Review timeline: 48–72 hours

One round of reasonable edits may be requested

Final written approval is mandatory prior to publishing
Posting content without approval may result in termination and forfeiture of collaboration benefits.
Step 6: Posting & Content Delivery
Creators must:

Tag Bruchi Club and include required disclosures

Share raw files, post links, and screenshots for records
Step 7: Compensation (Hybrid Collaborations Only)

Monetary compensation is provided only through the affiliated program

Payment eligibility, timelines, and conditions are governed by the affiliated program

Bruchi Club is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems
Content Usage Rights, Ownership & Commercial Use
By participating, creators irrevocably grant Bruchi Club full and unrestricted rights to the content.
Bruchi Club shall have a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and irrevocable right to use, publish, modify, distribute, and monetize the content for commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

Paid advertising and performance marketing

Website, landing pages, email, WhatsApp, and social platforms

Marketplaces, affiliates, and brand campaigns

Offline promotions, packaging, and internal communication
This applies without limitation of time, geography, or medium, and without additional compensation beyond the agreed collaboration terms.
Exclusivity & Non-Compete
Creators agree not to promote direct competitor brands (innerwear, lingerie, shapewear):

Termination & Breach
Bruchi Club reserves the right to terminate a collaboration in cases of:

Substandard, misleading, or non-compliant content

Violation of brand, legal, or ethical guidelines

Misconduct or misrepresentation
If products are delivered and obligations are not fulfilled, Bruchi Club may seek recovery of product value.
Confidentiality
Creators must not disclose confidential or proprietary information, including campaign briefs and internal communications.
Limitation of Liability
Bruchi Club shall not be liable for content reach, engagement performance, algorithm changes, or creator account restrictions.
Creators are responsible for their own taxes, shipping costs, and compliance.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
