🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process incoming website and marketplace orders.
  • Coordinate pick, pack, manifest, and dispatch status with warehouse or fulfillment partners.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and flag stock mismatch or stockout risk early, which is a recurring ecommerce operations requirement.
  • Monitor SKU mapping, listing status, pricing changes, and platform readiness.
  • Track cancellations, returns, exchanges, RTO, and courier exceptions.
  • Prepare daily MIS for sales orders, pending orders, dispatch, and issue logs.
  • Escalate sync issues across platform, inventory, and logistics tools for faster resolution.
  • Support process improvements that reduce manual dependency and operational errors.

  • Reduce wrong item, wrong quantity, and delayed dispatch issues that damage trust.
  • Coordinate quick action on return, exchange, and failed delivery cases.
