Sell Innerwear Without Inventory

Bruchi Club’s Drop Shipping Program allows approved partners to sell Bruchi Club innerwear products without holding inventory or managing logistics. Bruchi Club handles manufacturing, quality control, packaging, and shipping directly to the end customer.

1. Program Overview

Under this program, drop shipping partners can focus on sales and marketing while Bruchi Club manages backend operations. Products are shipped directly to customers in discreet, branded packaging.

3. Eligibility Criteria

• Online sellers (Website, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Any Marketplaces)
• Retailers expanding into online sales
• Entrepreneurs and resellers from Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities

4. Product Range

Drop shipping is available on selected Bruchi Club products including:

• Women’s non-padded, non-wired bras
• Super support daily wear bras
• Selected lingerie and innerwear products

5. Pricing & Margin Structure

• Bruchi Club will provide a drop shipping price list
• Partners may set their own selling price (MRP limits applicable)
• Typical margins range between 20%–40%

6. Order Processing Flow

• Partner receives order and payment from customer
• Partner places order with Bruchi Club and pays Handling Charges 
• Bruchi Club ships product directly to the customer
• Shipping Label Provided by Partner
• RTO and RVP chgarges pay by Partner.

7. Payment Terms

• All drop shipping orders must be prepaid to Bruchi Club
• COD orders are subject to approval
• Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

8. Shipping & Delivery

• PAN India delivery supported
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days
• Delivery timelines may vary due to location or logistics constraints

9. Returns, Exchanges & RTO

• Bottom Innerwear products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons
• Exchanges allowed only for manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments
• RTO And RVP costs due to customer non-acceptance or customer return will be charged to the partner

10. Branding & Compliance

All products supplied under this program shall be provided on a white-label basis, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by Bruchi Club. The Partner shall ensure strict compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, platform policies, and statutory requirements in relation to the marketing, sale, and distribution of the products.

The Partner shall not, directly or indirectly, use, display, reference, or represent the Bruchi Club name, trademarks, logos, brand identity, or any associated intellectual property without prior written authorization. Any unauthorized use, misrepresentation, or misuse of the Bruchi Club brand or products shall constitute a material breach of this agreement and shall entitle Bruchi Club to immediately terminate the partnership without any refund of fees or payments made, and without prejudice to any other rights, remedies, or claims available under law.

11. Confidentiality

All pricing, margin structures, and internal information shared with partners are strictly confidential.

12. Termination

Bruchi Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate the program in case of policy violations, payment issues, or brand misuse. The program fee shall remain non-refundable.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be governed by Indian laws and subject to the jurisdiction of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
